1. Discover
We collaborated with Archway stakeholders to explore solutions for rising healthcare costs and reduced care quality. Discovery revealed opportunities in self-insurance models supported by data analytics.
2. Define
We defined an MVP mobile app for large organizations to connect with Archway’s algorithms, optimizing overlap between minimal costs and best qualified care. The roadmap prioritized compliance and usability.
3. Design
Our design focused on HIPAA compliance, security, and usability. We created intuitive experiences for both iOS and Android users, balancing simplicity with powerful data delivery.
4. Develop
We developed the solution using React Native for iOS and Android, integrating with a HIPAA-compliant Java API and PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS.
5. Delight
The app launched successfully, providing organizations with a new model to manage costs and care. Early feedback informed iterative improvements aligned with Archway’s mission.
