We defined a new customer service system with issue tracking, a customer-facing portal, and automation features. The roadmap focused on faster approvals and cost reduction.
3. Design
We designed HIPAA-compliant UX/UI for both internal staff and customer self-service, ensuring security and accessibility. Prototyping validated ease of use.
4. Develop
We developed the solution using React, NX, Azure Cloud, and 2FA security. Our system integrated seamlessly into HPS’s operations.
5. Delight
Medication approvals became 5x faster, costs dropped 15%, and customer satisfaction improved. The platform delighted both staff and customers while enabling scalability.
