Streamlining Complex Drug Administration with a Multi-Tenant SaaS Mobile App
A React Native SaaS app that unifies Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) workflows for physicians, patients, and pharmacies.

We explored the challenges doctors, patients, and pharmacies face in navigating REMS programs for complex medications. Discovery highlighted fragmented workflows and poor user experiences.
2. Define
We defined a multi-tenant SaaS mobile app to consolidate REMS tasks for prescribers, patients, and pharmacies. The roadmap emphasized white-label flexibility for various medications.
3. Design
With SlideUX, we designed user-centric experiences for prescribers and patients. Prototyping validated workflows for education, compliance, and drug administration.
4. Develop
We developed the mobile app using React Native, ensuring HIPAA compliance and scalability. The solution supported both SaaS delivery and white-label customization.
5. Delight
The app delighted users by streamlining complex REMS workflows, reducing confusion, and improving patient outcomes. Iterations extended the app’s reach across multiple drug classes.
