We explored how to create a fashion concierge app to help users manage their wardrobes and shop across retailers. Discovery focused on understanding the daily needs of style-conscious consumers.

We defined a mobile MVP app that would combine closet management with shopping functionality, enabling both outfit creation and retail integration. The roadmap emphasized growth potential and brand alignment."
3. Design
Our design process focused on sleek, intuitive UI and technical scalability. Prototyping validated user flows for creating outfits, browsing looks, and managing wardrobes.
4. Develop
We built the MVP using React Native, Firebase, and Google Cloud, ensuring cross-platform reach and scalability. Development focused on speed and reliability for a startup brand.
5. Delight
The app launched on iOS and Android, delighting users with a personal fashion concierge. Feedback guided ongoing iterations, helping Mode Relier grow and engage its customer base.
