1. Discover
We researched challenges faced by travelers looking for last-minute getaways. Discovery highlighted the need for a booking platform offering spontaneous travel options.
2. Define
We defined a multi-phase approach including a website with smart booking and a mobile app for subscribers. The roadmap emphasized seamless integration between web and mobile.
3. Design
We designed workflows for booking, notifications, and trip discovery. UI emphasized simplicity for quick decisions, while technical design supported backend integration.
4. Develop
We developed the website with WordPress and the mobile app with React Native, delivering features like push notifications and data synchronization.
5. Delight
The platform launched successfully, allowing users to book trips quickly and easily. Feedback guided refinements, enhancing the overall travel booking experience.
