Our Approach
1. Discover
We uncovered unique asset management challenges that off-the-shelf CRMs couldn’t address. Discovery showed the need for workflow engines tailored to construction.
2. Define
We defined a custom CRM integrated with Procore to handle business-specific workflows. The roadmap emphasized configurability and efficiency.
3. Design
We designed a workflow-driven CRM using finite state machine engines and UX tailored to construction teams. Integrations with Procore supported industry alignment.
4. Develop
We developed with Firebase, React, Algolia, ES6, HTML5, and CSS3. The system managed assets through custom workflows, improving collaboration.
5. Delight
The CRM delighted teams by streamlining workflows. Continuous feedback informed refinements, maximizing efficiency and decision-making.
