1. Discover
We explored how CBA could scale its training programs and member-exclusive content. Discovery revealed the need for a robust LMS integrated into their site.
2. Define
We defined a custom WordPress site with LMS capabilities, enabling training modules, exclusive content, and member access. The roadmap emphasized scalability and monetization.
3. Design
We designed engaging e-learning flows with quizzes, videos, and progress tracking. UX focused on supporting members’ ongoing education.
4. Develop
We developed the solution with WordPress, implementing LMS modules and custom content management features.
5. Delight
The platform delighted members by delivering engaging training content and evolved into a key revenue driver for CBA.
