Hologic: Trident® Training App & LMS
An online training app and LMS for the Trident® Radiography System, enabling on-demand, virtual learning for healthcare customers.
Our Approach
1. Discover
We worked with Hologic stakeholders to understand the training challenges faced by customers using the Trident® Specimen Radiography System. Discovery revealed a need for an accessible, virtual platform to simplify learning and support adoption of the complex imaging system.
2. Define
We defined the product vision for a training platform that combined on-demand modules with a full LMS. The roadmap prioritized accessibility, ease of use, and alignment with the sophistication of Hologic’s technology.
3. Design
Our team designed an intuitive training experience with user-friendly navigation, multimedia integration, and structured learning paths. The LMS was tailored to support both virtual and self-paced learning.
4. Develop
We developed the training app and LMS using PHP, JavaScript, Angular, and HTML5. The system was engineered to handle multimedia content, interactive assessments, and HIPAA-compliant data requirements, ensuring secure and scalable performance.
5. Delight
The training platform launched successfully, enabling Hologic customers to quickly get up to speed on the Trident® system. Customers were delighted by the ability to access training on-demand, improving product adoption and user confidence.
