LCH: Expanding Pharmacy Delivery with Custom Enterprise Courier Software
A custom enterprise tool for managing local courier pharmacy deliveries, cutting costs and delivery times for Texas’ largest FQHC.
Our Approach
1. Discover
We explored the challenges LCH faced in expanding pharmacy delivery services beyond USPS. Discovery highlighted the need for an enterprise solution to manage local courier scheduling and tracking.
2. Define
We defined a custom enterprise application to enable LCH to create, schedule, and track deliveries through local couriers. The roadmap emphasized cost reduction and efficiency.
3. Design
We designed workflows and interfaces for pharmacies, couriers, and administrators. UX focused on clarity and security while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
4. Develop
We developed the enterprise software using custom architecture integrated with courier APIs. Our solution enabled flexible delivery management beyond USPS.
5. Delight
The platform reduced delivery times and costs, improving service to patients. Feedback from administrators and patients informed continued improvements.
