Our Approach
1. Discover
We explored the challenges of managing condo properties for proprietors, administrators, and residents. Discovery revealed fragmented tools and communication gaps.
2. Define
We defined a multi-tenant SaaS MVP platform enabling account management, statements, notifications, and amenity scheduling. The roadmap prioritized simplicity and growth.
3. Design
We designed role-specific UX for residents, admins, and proprietors. Prototyping validated features for reporting, payments, and scheduling.
4. Develop
We built the MVP using ReactJS, Firebase, REST services, and OAuth for secure access. Scalability supported ongoing growth of the platform.
5. Delight
The platform launched successfully, delighting users with streamlined property management. Ongoing iterations improved workflows and expanded functionality.
