We explored how CurlMart could evolve into Shop NaturallyCurly, a key revenue driver for the brand. Discovery revealed the need for scalable ecommerce infrastructure.
2. Define
We defined a migration strategy from LemonStand to BigCommerce, alongside integrations with QuickBooks, UPS, and content platforms.
3. Design
We designed workflows and user experiences that integrated commerce with NaturallyCurly’s flagship content.
4. Develop
We developed the ecommerce platform using React, Redux, AngularJS, Segment, and BigCommerce. Integrations ensured seamless operations across logistics and finance.
5. Delight
The platform delighted customers and operations teams, scaling ecommerce to support brand growth.
